• Customer Support & Relationship Management: Engage with customers to address their technical inquiries and manage relationships effectively.
• Technical Services & Product Trials: Provide technical support for product trials and ensure optimal performance of services offered.
• Production Line Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee production processes to maintain high-quality standards and supervise team members.
• Product Evaluation & Development Support: Assist in evaluating products and provide support during the development phase to enhance product performance.
• Any Other Task Assigned by HOD: Complete additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
