• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor’s activities and market trends.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain accurate visit reports.
• Identify potential sites and assess market opportunities in the assigned area.
• Analyze unsuccessful conversions and submit weekly/monthly Lost Site Reports.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products and market dynamics
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of ongoing painting sites in the assigned area, including sites using Nippon and competing paint brands.
